Chief Strategy Officer, Board Member and Co-Founder
Brett Oberman is the original inventor of Ras and led the development effort that took Ras from concept to the leading application for intelligent document management, workflow automation and fast information access. Today, Mr. Oberman continues to map the company’s future, advising and directing the management team across all aspects of the company’s business.
Mr. Oberman also served as dbtech’s Vice President and COO since co-founding dbtech in 1983. He has overseen the company’s product development, implementation and support services since the beginning.
Mr. Oberman is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Harvard University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics and chemistry.
Vice President Client Services
Phil Sullivan is the head of dbtech’s client services department. He joined dbtech in 1999, originally as an installer & trainer, then was progressively promoted to various management roles. In his current role he works in account management and also oversees the implementation & technical support departments.
Before joining dbtech Mr. Sullivan served in a number of roles for Wakefern Food Corporation in Edison, NJ. Outside of dbtech, Mr. Sullivan runs leading football fan website JetNation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management science from Kean University.
Vice President Marketing and Product Development
Greg Park is dbtech’s subject matter expert for healthcare information technology (HIT), and helps guide dbtech in the development of new product lines and enhancements to address regulatory compliance, reduce expense and optimize workflows.
Mr. Park brings extensive hands-on experience in all facets of HIT, and has held leadership positions in various hospitals in the Philadelphia region, including Roxborough Memorial Hospital, Holy Redeemer Health System, Temple University and Crozer Keystone Health System. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Temple University and has received Six Sigma Green Belt certification in Healthcare from Villanova University.
