Is the downtime solution compatible with our existing EHR system?

How does dbtech protect against ransomware attacks?
We utilize stand-alone downtime workstations that are not connected to the main network, other than a share needed to receive patient census related updates. Because these workstations are isolated and not in regular use, they are inherently less susceptible to ransomware attacks. This allows for a secure environment where critical data can be accessed even if your main network is compromised.
How secure are the eForms, and do they comply with HIPAA regulations?
When saved into our application, eForms are encrypted (as is all other data saved into our application) and are accessible only to users with the proper level of access. All Ras applications/modules, including eForms, are compliant with HIPAA regulations and ensure the privacy and security of protected health information.
