I was born Manhattan, Inwood NY. Now I live down the Jersey Shore.

I am a Senior Account Executive. I focus on sales and connecting with people, as well as various projects.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
Solving problems for our customers. Our Downtime Solution is very powerful and protects our clients and increase the care they can provide. It is also great when you are told how much time you saved a client by automating routine tasks through workflow automation. Helping people and solving problems is a great feeling!
What would you say are some of your best skills?
Listening, laughing, and enjoying each day.
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
Spending time with my family and watching sports. I love my home teams, NY Jets and Yankees. That defines my existence when I am not working. One of these years those franchises will get it right.
